This is the job for you We are currently looking for a Facilities Management Analyst for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain and update space and occupancy information for a portfolio of approximately 3 million square feet, collaborating with colleagues to ensure strong data integrity (utilizing AutoCAD and Tririga software).
    Generate reports and charts from space and occupancy data, often consolidating data from multiple sources into a single Excel file.
    Analyze occupancy and space information to develop solutions for Business Unit space challenges.
    Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations aimed at articulating progress and/or recommendations related to real estate projects or strategies.
    Participate in short and long-term site strategy planning sessions with the team, contributing insights gained through work with occupancy data.
    Document processes or requirements in a clear, understandable, audience-appropriate manner, accurately capturing key information related to the process/requirement.
    Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend strategies to close any service gaps or increase efficiency.
    Work with end-users to provide training on active processes and procedures related to AutoCAD and Tririga.
    Assist with IWMS/CAFM system administration tasks.
    Assist in business testing for new versions/features of AutoCAD and Tririga.
    Ensure that all rental and statistical information is accurately captured and provided for the purpose of budgeting, processing chargebacks, benchmarking, quarterly reporting, and space analysis. Analyze statistical results and create ad hoc reports upon request.

    What you will need to succeed:

    Post-Secondary Education in a Computer/Technical program.
    2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
    Proficiency in advanced usage of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
    Expertise in AutoCAD software.
    Expertise in Tririga and iOffice Hummingbird software, with a strong grasp of Facility database concepts.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing environments, manage multiple tasks independently, and set priorities to consistently meet deadlines.
    Detail-oriented with strong analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in management reporting.
    Ability to effectively communicate business information with internal/external customers and co-workers.
    Team-oriented with the ability to influence non-reporting staff and build effective relationships.
    Experience in database design, maintenance, and documentation, with comfort in using required equipment.
    Familiarity with Facilities Management terms and procedures.
    Experience working with architectural plans.
    Ability to identify necessary resources and negotiate appropriate support, with creativity in identifying new opportunities and solutions.
    Familiarity with scale/unit conversion.
    Client service-focused attitude.
    Strong interest in technology tools with the motivation and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    Knowledge of databases would be an asset.
    Familiarity with BOMA measurement standards would be an asset.
