Specific duties and responsibilities include:

Content Creation
: Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, on LinkedIn, and X (twitter). Write compelling posts, find articles, and other ways to engage with our community while working with internal designers to create images and assets to support a heavy calendar of event and program post promotion.

Content Calendar
: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure regular, timely, and relevant content distribution across platforms to promote all global symposiums and programs.

Audience Engagement
: Engage with our community on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and actively participating in discussions. Foster a sense of belonging among our members.

Community Growth
: Develop and execute strategies to increase our follower and subscriber base. Collaborate with other team members to create and implement growth initiatives.

Collaboration
: Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align content with upcoming events, promotions, and campaigns.

Brand Consistency
: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management.******* -
Proven track record of successful content creation, calendar management and engagement strategies.******* -
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.**** -
Proficiency in content creation and design tools.**** -
Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.**** -
Strong project management and organizational skills.**** -
Comfortable working in a fast - paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.*

Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and projects while maintaining a positive attitude and high - quality work output.****

Flexibility to work overtime or outside of typical schedule, if required.
