Description

Shift:

Full Time - night shift but must be available to work all three shifts


Based:

Comox Pacific Express 140 10th St Nanaimo BC V9R 6Z5

Unload and load trailers with LTL freight of all descriptions. Maintain warehouse area in clean and efficient condition.


Job Requirements:


  • Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
  • Familiarity with Nanaimo and surrounding areas required
  • Experience loading/unloading flat deck freight required
  • Experience operating and maintaining a forklift required
  • Must be domiciled in the Nanaimo area
  • Must have valid forklift license
  • Must have valid DG ticket
  • Includes some physical labour, must be able to lift freight up to 50 lbs
  • Ready to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Class 1 license an asset but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:


  • Salary: $26.14$27.64 per hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package available including pension matching program available after successful completion of the probationary period.
