Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager Pricing & Financial management, the Pricing Manager will be accountable for supporting and executing on the centralized pricing strategy across Small Business Segments by providing pricing guidance and approval to all client facing staff that are soliciting and selling Merchant Solutions to clients.

Our team also works on various initiatives and projects related to our segment to streamline processes, implement new fees, and increase profit margins.

Responsible for supporting the profitability and growth of TD Merchant Services within the Small Business Segment and Client Retention Group including the execution and approval of pricing for TDMS products/services.
Accountable on business repricing s and/or any price change driven by the Payment Card Network
Supporting TDMS Small Business Segment and Client Retention Group channels with acquiring and retaining profitable business and increasing penetration of TD Merchant Solutions.
Conductive competitive industry pricing intelligence and pricing comparison for Regional Sales managers, Regional Sales Executives and MCMs
Provide pricing analysis for Senior Manager and Small Business Segment customer facing staff to assist in the closing of business
Develop/maintain productive working relationships and a visible profile within Small Business Segment sales channels and Client Retention Group to ensure TD Merchant Solutions pricing strategy is understood and fully leveraged, by communicating product/segment details and/or strategies.
Analyze and review results to established plan, providing feedback and recommendations to Sales Senior Management team and maximizing profitability.
Execute on strategies and tactics to maximize key financial and business measures (Economic Profit, NIAT, Revenue/Customer, and Pricing/MDR).

Requirements:

Strong payment Industry knowledge
University/College education with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business
Strong business acumen, with strong knowledge of pricing, preferably within the Merchant business
Strong delivery mind set and proven ability to execute on developed strategies
Flexibility to adapt and manage within a dynamic business environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to obtain consensus among key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Experienced user of Microsoft products including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
