The Island is growing rapidly, providing us with wide-ranging opportunities to put our expertise to work, from high-end Custom Homes to Multi-Family, Multi-Phase developments to commercial office, apartments, and light industrial spaces.

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.

Position is open to ticketed and non-ticketed carpenters.

Competencies and Requirements:

Experience in multiresidential framing and commercial forming
Secondary school diploma
Valid driver's license
Own transportation to and from jobsites.
Read and interpret plans, drawings and sketches
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials
Build foundations, install beams, subflooring and erect walls
Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, moldings and hardware

Compensation:

Hourly wage dependent on experience
Extended health benefits with life insurance including longterm disability

We are looking for good communicators and safety-minded workers who can work independently and can also make a positive contribution to a healthy teamwork environment.

Salary:
$26.00-$32.00 per hour
