Flotech Mechanical is an HVAC balancing company, currently seeking a Office Administrative Assistant opportunity for someone looking to join a fantastic team The Office Administrative Assistant is an integral team member who helps coordinate and organize the day to day operations for technicians.

We are looking for a someone who is self-motivated to take initiative to collaborate with other team members in a dynamic workplace.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage mail and courier items collect, sort and prepare incoming and outgoing items
  • Write up and send out quotes promptly
  • Scanning, filing and maintaining project documentation
  • Build Mechanical maintenance manuals (hard and digital copies) for large and small commercial projects
  • Preparing invoices, AR, AP and Payroll for the Accountant's office
  • Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, organization

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional timemanagement and the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred, but not a prerequisite

Salary:
$ $25.00 per hour, upon commencement of employment.


Schedule of Work:


  • Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm, with statutory holidays and weekends
  • Full time, Permanent
