The Marketing Manager, Customer Engagement in the Retail Channel is responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing initiatives for strategic positioning of biosimilars, generic products and overall Sandoz brand for pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in the retail pharma market, in strong collaboration with the sales team.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and gather customer intel of the market, competition, trends and recommend differentiation strategies to maximize market shares gains & sales;
  • Optimize gotomarket strategies, promotion model, and product positioning;
  • Postlaunch tracking for strategy adjustments to maximize success on key products;
  • Manage and coordinate portfolio lifecycle with multidisciplinary team;
  • Develop and implement impactful initiatives of the Customer Engagement plan (retail) for Biosimilars and Generics.

What you need for this role:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales & marketing (pharmaceutical an asset);
  • Retail pharmacy market, PSP and/or biosimilar expertise an asset;
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, project management, presentation, and problemsolving skills;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility, and creativity;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle many different priorities at the same time;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite aptitudes, especially with Excel.
