Tues - Sat | 8am-4pm

_Position Summary:
_
Receives, unpacks and issues materials to stockroom, warehouse, or designated location.

_Essential Functions:
_

Checks goods received against bills of lading or purchase orders.
Checks goods for damage.
Places materials, supplies and other received goods on designated shelves, racks or floor locations.
Sorts, counts and checks received items.
Maintains required clerical records.
Operates forklift or hand truck as needed to move goods to storage area and place in designated location.
Performs other duties as assigned.

_Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
_

Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the startup, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
