Your daily role:

Under the responsibility of the quality system director, the position holder will be responsible for the proper functioning of programs and standards related to quality control

Promote the continuous improvement of the department's tasks and technological tools, with a view to achieving defined objectives;
Maintain food safety and quality compliance, participate in the preparation of audits (internal/external), interact with inspectors and regulatory authorities and follow up on corrective action requests in collaboration with the various departments;
Update programs/procedures/work instructions in line with current regulations, check, validate and audit the documentation of the various programs (HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, WHMIS, BIO, etc.), monitor nonconformities with the various departments concerned;
Manage and monitor noncompliance related to the plant's pest control program;
Monitor and investigate complaints with the various departments concerned (raw materials and finished products).

Your profile
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;:

Training in process technology and food quality, dietetics or equivalent;:

Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, GMP, BIO etc

standards;:

Have an approach to continuous improvement and process innovation;:

Good command of Office suite software and Google environment
