Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Consumer Products Manager to work out of any of our Pattison Agriculture locations.

In this position you will oversee the Consumer Product sales activities within the organization including the implementation of Sales Department objectives and sales processes.

Responsibilities:

This individual's responsibilities include:

Act as a liaison with wholegoods suppliers
Responsible for wholegoods inventory analysis and stocking strategy
Developing consumer product market share for all store locations
Working with Shortline Manager to develop and implement CCE sales strategies
Implement and execute marketing strategies, working with Marketing team
Continuous research and development of strategies to grow the Turf and CCE division

Requirements:

This would be an ideal position if you have:

A minimum Grade 12 education; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing is preferred
Knowledge of CCE and Agriculture related equipment
3+ years of equipment sales experience
Effective communication and relationship building skills
