YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:


  • Liaise directly with customers to identify and understand needs pertaining to spare parts and service.
  • Provide quotes for price and delivery of spares/repairs (working with service for definition and planning for delivery)
  • Handle customer complaints, issue RMA's and track the return of defective products, arrange for AWR shipments, raising customer complaints following procedure.
  • Administer consignment spares depots in multiple locations, daily in/out transactions, monthly reports to management/ accounting.
  • Confirm priority, order status and delivery updates.
  • Provide order status reports to key customers and sales team as per defined frequency.
  • Follow orders through the booking and shipping process. Track shipments with various shipping carriers, interact with our repair depots, and maintain data on activity.
  • Large degree of communication with various functions within organization to ensure customer needs are met, must also be able to facilitate/negotiate solutions to issues and schedule delays.
  • Seek out opportunities to provide increased customer satisfaction through improved processes associated with quoting, product returns, order review and order flow through the factory.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good computer skills in MS office, business systems (ERP, CRM. PowerBI)
  • Technical knowledge of product and/or customer base is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Results oriented and a selfstarter.
  • Able to effectively mange multiple complex orders

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • Post secondary education in business, marketing or engineering desirable or 5+ years equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to meet all CGD requirements._
