With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario market.

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team.


Brief summary of the role:
To streamline communication between the company and specified builder accounts as the main point of contact.

Responsibilities include handling all areas of jobs from start to finish, managing schedules and objectives, problem solving and maintaining active communication within the team internally.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer provided drawings (CAD, 20/20, Blue prints etc) and providing accurate job quotes in a timely manner.

This requires working closely with internal stakeholders as well as customer to gain clarity where needed and ultimately providing an easily understood accurate job quote / estimate.


Responsibilities and Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Supporting outside sales
  • Quoting from drawing provided by builder accounts
  • Presenting prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Template and install scheduling
  • Inputting and submitting orders, ensuring they are processed accurately
  • Administrative duties
  • Organization within the team and other departments internally
  • Problem solving, handling job issues in a timely manner
  • Promoting customer satisfaction
  • Defining problems with process and suggesting/implementing solutions to increase effectiveness

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Organized
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and AutoCAD a benefit
  • Proficiency reading architectural drawings, CAD drawings and blueprints
  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem solving
Comfort communicating with customers and end users


Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Sales Coordination: 1 year (preferred)

  • Blueprint reading: 1 year (preferred)
