Role impact:


To support the Community Engagement, Programming and Events Manager with the development of the Office property; community outreach activities, client engagement activities and events, communications, initiatives and implementation of the property community engagement strategy designed to support property objectives.


What you will deliver:


  • In partnership with the property and leasing teams, coordinate the development of client communication and presentations. This includes participating in strategy development meetings, gathering relevant information from internal stakeholders, and working through agencies to finalize materials;
  • Provide input into the communications strategy creative, production and media planning for initiatives related to the Office asset class;
  • Develop, coordinate and execute ongoing updates to foundational marketing materials, working with various internal stakeholders (Strategic Insights, Office leasing and property team);
  • Participate in the planning, and lead the coordination and execution of event marketing initiatives, such as Broker and client events, placemaking to promote the CF corporate profile;
  • Lead the administration and maintenance of Cadillac Fairview Office online presence by regularly coordinating with various departments, including Digital Marketing, Information Technology (IT), office and retail leasing executives, field marketing team, General Managers, etc, to ensure website content (reports, floor plans, contacts, photography) is current at all times;
  • Create content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media. Promote services and content over social media in a way that is consistent with our brand and social media strategy.

What you need to succeed:


  • Postsecondary education preferably in Business, Marketing or Public Relations;
  • Minimum 34 years related work experience
  • Knowledge of brand management; marketing and advertising theory; digital media; financial and budget management;
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
