As a Manager, Emerging Talent Programs you understand the importance of building a strong brand to attract, recruit and retain strong student and hidden talent.

In your role, you will be responsible for executing our newly created campus strategy including building out and branding our internship program, as well as establishing partnerships with key schools and associations nationally.

You will also manage 1 direct report who will primarily be recruiting for our student positions in addition to other regional roles.

There is a strategic component to this role providing you with the opportunity to also further enhance and build out campus strategy 2.0 for 2024 onwards.

Why we'll love you:

You are seen as an expert in building out new campus strategies and programs
You have a passion for leading and developing people, and have 2 or more years of leadership experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in campus recruitment
A natural communicator with strong presentation skills who loves to participate in events
You ae experienced with managing relationships with faculty, career centres and other external partners
A Degree in Human Resources, business or a related field, or equivalent experience

Once here, you'll:

Execute on bringing our campus strategy to life
Build trusting relationships internally and meet with key leaders to identify future student hiring needs
Connect with key Colleges/Universities partners, and professional associations

- you look for partners where there are opportunities to diversify our talent pool

Strategically scope out potential networking and speaking events for us to attend
Take the lead on building out and creating our Westland marquee event
Own a small requisition load when volumes spike/business needs change
Keep up with the latest student recruitment trends
