As the General Manager, you will spearhead the operational excellence of our upscale restaurant, overseeing day-to-day management, fostering a culture of service excellence, and driving profitability.
Your strategic mindset and keen eye for detail will be instrumental in elevating our standards and maintaining our reputation as a top-tier dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations, from staffing and training to inventory management and financial performance
- Uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety to create a welcoming and pristine environment
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building cohesive teams and fostering a positive work culture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage guests, staff, and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and P&L analysis to optimize operational efficiency

Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000 with potential for up to $30,000 in bonuses
