Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes and systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, including functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Develop test plans and test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system changes, including configuration changes, customizations, and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users, including creating and maintaining user manuals and training materials.
Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
Communicate confidently with various types of partners globally: customers, developers, QA, vendors, management.
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Commerce/Business Administration, Applied/Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field, Business Analyst certification, IIBA, PMI - (PBA), or equivalent preferred.
Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, ITOM, SACM, Procurement OOB functionality
IT Experience with the different phases of product development lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test and implement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with system and user testing.
