SCHEDULE:

25 hours per week:


  • Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays: 1pm -7pm, Thurs: 9am-5pm,
    Saturday: 8am-3pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service or Dental Receptionist is preferred:

-
Portuguese speaking:


  • Training will be provided
  • Ability to make patients feels comfortable at ease
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
