    Unifin International, a division of Wabtec Corporation's Components sector located in London, Ontario, specializes in electric equipment cooling for power generation and transmission industries across North America and beyond.

    Who will you be working with?

    As a key member of the Unifin International team, you will lead a skilled production team, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency to meet customer expectations.

    How will you make a difference?

    • Uphold Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, and Leadership principles.
    • Drive production results by setting expectations, assigning tasks, coaching team members, and fostering collaboration across departments.
    • Act as a problem solver and team player, engaging with various functions like Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance.

    What do we want to know about you?

    • Minimum five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Proficient in analysis, problem-solving, effective communication, and familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies.
    • Knowledge of custom fabrication processes, administrative competencies, and LEAN methodologies.
    • Technical proficiency in Solid Works, PLC controls, CNC programming, and other relevant areas.
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

    What will your typical day look like?

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with EH&S, quality standards, and company policies.
    • Oversee job packages, inspections, material traceability, and resource allocation.
    • Address manufacturing issues, implement corrective actions, and lead employee training.
    • Work on-site full-time, ensuring timely project completion and exemplary customer service.

    The selected candidate will be expected to work full-time on-site without hybrid remote options, with overtime as necessary. Legal authorization to work in Canada is required, and a background check will be conducted prior to employment.
