Description

What will be your impact?- Understand the divisional operations and how they drive the financial results- Prepare revenue recognition schedules and related journal entries for software implementation contracts using the percent complete method- Provide support to the divisional VP's as needed- Prepare information requests and responding to questions during quarterly reviews and the annual audit- Assist in ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timely completion of the monthly financial statements.- Review and analyze monthly results and assist in preparation of reporting to senior management- Manage group Account Receivable team- Interact with internal and external auditors- Assist with forecasting of net revenues and operating expenses- Assist in the management of divisional work-in-process and accounts receivable including oversight of the collections process- Ensure that established control procedures are in place and identify control risks- Assist in due diligence and integrating new acquisitions into the finance group- Special projects & ad hoc reporting as required.

  • Completion of a professional accounting designation program
  • Experience with Great Plains
  • Project accounting
  • 3+ years of work experience in an accounting or finance environment.
