The Program Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day client care delivery by leading front-line staff according to VON philosophy policies procedures standards and quality management.Responsibilities
- Provides supervision and support for program staff including PSWs ensures effectiveness of their performance.
- Organizes planning of work activities staff responsibilities.
- Works collaboratively with Manager hiring orientation supporting mentoring evaluation of staff.
