In the light of the increasing need to have access to a work platform regardless of the device, Corp Sec must provide individuals who are working remotely with a centralized hub where information and business activities can be done. Working in tandem with Corp Sec DWAN Microsoft SharePoint site and internal website, the L1 Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Site would provide a third access point to individuals who cannot access the DWAN system with the same information and tools.

Tasks:

Requirement gathering related to web usage and web design from out L2 and L1

Analysis of requirements

Solution proposition to management on how Corp Sec could update their self-service platforms (Intranet, Share Point & MS teams).

Automation of connectivity between all of our virtual platforms so the information is the same on all of them.

Microsoft SharePoint (2013 and O365) site update and creation

SOP related to Microsoft SharePoint (2013 and O365)

DWAN intranet Corp Sec update and re-design using ADM(IM) tools and guidelines

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Reliability clearance

Must be Bilingual at level BBB

Must meet the 2 mandatory requirements: M1 Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years in Microsoft SharePoint Site creation M2 Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years Website business analysis related tasks
