The Core Enterprise Architecture team works as the “conscience” of IT in Client, providing guidance to our most critical strategic transformation projects, defining and supporting our Enterprise Architecture practice, supporting our IT governance activities, and bringing knowledge of emerging technology and trends into our architecture and IT practices. As a senior member of that team, the Senior Enterprise Architect is expected to have significant industry and IT cloud-related experience to guide, lead, and mentor other team members.

As a main deliverable, you will work with Business, Architecture and DevOps stakeholders to define the Blueprint for building Cloud Native Applications at Client

For that you will:

Work closely with various teams (Business, Vendors, Partners, Development, Infrastructure, PMO, etc.) to understand the existing key capabilities and tools at Client (e.g. Access and Identity, Event Driven Architecture, Master Data Management, Architecture Modelling, etc) and determine their role and roadmap in relation to the Cloud Native architecture and DevOps

Lead proof of concept work to demonstrate the cloud-native technical solution works and is appropriate

Provide input on creation of a strategic roadmap for moving Client application development to the Cloud, with the goals of increasing the value, cost-effectiveness, reliability, security, and agility of Client cloud-native applications

Be regarded as one of the most senior IT professionals in the organization, actively engage in process improvement, learning activities, and mentoring and coaching for other architects and IT team members
