Job Summary

The role holder is responsible for providing assistance in delivering the established Compliance Assurance strategy and framework for assigned organizational unit. Within this role, the holder works with a variety of lines of business on moderately complex compliance policies and regulations. The role holder will support established Assurance reporting processes.

Job Qualifications  

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Financial Services Regulatory Compliance area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Financial Services Regulatory Compliance area
OR
Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Financial Services Regulatory Compliance area
AND
Experience with Microsoft Office
Project Management experience
Knowledge of underwriting and/or claims processes
Experience working within a legal and regulatory environment

Preferred Qualifications: 

Insurance regulatory examination experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to multi-task
