Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to provide investment administrative support and client service assistance to Griffith & Associates Financial and Estate Planning Services Ltd.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with clients and servicing requests 
  • Providing investment administrative support 
  • Prepare, check and complete forms relating to account openings and transfers
  • Meeting preparation and follow-up 
  • Maintain digital and physical filing on an ongoing basis
  • Support other team members
  • Administration of technology, resources, and tools
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure queries are either handled or directed to the right individual

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Canadian Investment Funds Course or Canadian Securities Course (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Provincial Life Insurance license, including Accident & Sickness (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working within financial services advisory firm is strongly preferred
  • Experience in executing trading orders is an asset
  • Salesforce and Naviplan experience is an asset
  • Knowledge & experience of industry legislation, rules and requirements
  • University degree or College diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and a CRM essential
  • Willing to take applicable industry courses and professional development

Education:
IFIC Mutual Funds License preferred. We will consider candidates currently enrolled in the course.
LLQP License – not required however experience within the insurance industry preferred.
