We are seeking receptionists for contract positions for our valued client in the HRM.

**Short and long term contracts
Requirements:
-1-2 years experience in a receptionist position or equivalent schooling
-Strong communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
-Clear background
Job Duties:
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
-Greet customers and visitors to the reception
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Responding to general email inquiries
-Scanning/photocopying/faxing documents
-Filing office records
