We are very lucky to offer several incredible opportunities to join our team, and we are currently recruiting for a tech-savvy and analytical Coordinator, Email Marketing to join our marketing team. You will support the end-to-end process for email CRM marketing campaigns, from planning, scheduling, and building targeted emails, to proofing the creative and content with cross-functional teams, as well as supporting campaign analysis post deployment. As our Coordinator, Email Marketing, you will bring HTML and CSS coding skills, and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
What will you be doing?
You will spend a fair amount of time working with the wider Marketing, Creative, Analytics, IT and Business teams. You start your day fresh with a breakfast and caffeine (or not) and support your team in one of our most important marketing channels. Your motto? “Brilliant at basics”: you know what it takes to put together engaging emails, and you’re a pro when it comes to cutting up and segmenting lists. Being one of our email marketing experts in the business, you will help craft and set up email campaigns across batch, lifecycle and transactional emails, and prepare recommendations on how to improve segmentation and personalization. You will be very much hands-on through execution and reporting on your campaigns.
Producing emails (with support from our in-house design and copy teams), segmenting the list as needed, deploying emails and reporting on results
Working closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life while driving and measuring key business results
Analyzing and gathering data about campaigns to report to cross-functional partners, and make decisions informed by metrics – particularly RFM and engagement metrics
Identifying A/B testing opportunities, executing and optimizing against your results
Ensuring emails are thoroughly tested and correctly targeted prior to scheduling
Working with your team to understand how to maximize performance of weekly batch emails in the context of the overall email program (including life-cycle and transactional programs)
Staying on top of new trends in email content and strategy, including responsive design

Because your education is related to Marketing, Digital Marketing, or you have equivalent work experience in a relevant field
Because you have experience in Responsys Interact, Bronto or a similar major ESP, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel
Because you are analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action

Because you understand how to think through the user journey that surrounds the email experience
Because you have experience building, sending, and analyzing email campaigns and programs
Because you have knowledge and understanding of CANSPAM and CASL legislation

Because you have strong communication skills and the ability to work with many different people
Because you love solving problems
Because you have a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel
