To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Hardware Specialist  to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for executing all of the activities associated with the analysis, review and reporting of the hardware, software and firmware work efforts

  • A strong work knowledge of PC /Server hardware platforms, firmware requirements and Operating System functionality is essential.

  • As the testing and validation specialist, you will work with the requirements definitions being provided by business stakeholders and will perform all of the required analysis to vet and validate the feasibility and functionality of all parts and components related to the product

  • Responsible for publishing and sharing the results of the analysis across the business.

  • As a member of the Engineering Team you will be required to assemble new systems autonomously with a focus on ensuring that the systems are well packaged and professionally presented.

    • WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a similar field
  • Technical background in a DEC program or recent graduate of a Computer Engineer program
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
  • PC/Server hardware and firmware requirements
  • OS: Windows, Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu)
  • Familiarity with Testing Software that validates system stability & provides results of stress testing scenarios and analysis
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques is an asset
