You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. On the Cloud Operations team you’ll help the rapidly growing Google Cloud business solve complex change management issues by working with program managers and business stakeholders to streamline operations. As part of this team, you will collaborate on identifying pain points and gaps in existing processes and find innovative solutions to develop more efficient process systems.

  • Develop a centralized intake process for all change requests in Google Cloud Support.
  • Develop and maintain a toolkit that allows program owners to develop strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
  • Develop a portfolio tracking system that enables visibility across the organization and provides a feedback mechanism for impacted stakeholders.
  • Develop short and long-term goals and identify success measures to track progress and ROI of Change Management.
  • Facilitate change management activities of large Programs with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the associated change or program.

  • Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation.
  • 5 years of experience in program definition and management.

  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
  • Relevant professional certifications including CPA, CA, CISS or Lean Six Sigma.
  • 5 years of experience in project management and resource management.
  • Experience managing projects using software development life-cycles and methodology.
  • Proficiency presenting to clients or customers, executive audience.
