Located in the Green Mountains of southern Vermont, The Vermont Country Store, a family owned multi-channel business, has been successfully operating for more than 70 years. We sell products you love, but can’t find anywhere else. We are looking to hire a Distribution Center Team Leader in North Clarendon. This person will work with and support the DC Supervisors in overseeing daily operations in production ensuring efficiency and service level consistency throughout all hours of operation, complying with all Vermont Country Store values, guidelines, standards.

  • Support Distribution Center Supervisors on meeting monthly budget goals?
  • Work with Distribution Supervisors to ensure that department performance standards are established, measured, recorded and evaluated?

    • Experience, Skills, Abilities & Attributes

  • High School degree preferred or 2-4 years of experience in a production environment including in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills to follow through and a commitment to tasks and projects.
