The Property Accountant will be responsible for the duties below:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Accounts Payable

-Accounts Receivable

-Bank deposits

-Reporting on various projects

-Ad hoc administrative tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements

Previous experience in property accounting an asset
