PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Work collaboratively with Account Management team to assist in tactical and logistical steps required for a successful project Ensure progressive stages of tactical executions are planned and approved with adequate time for completion Work with internal clients to gain necessary information for projects Manage stakeholder expectations in relation to internal team capacities and project deliverables Organize and maintain necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all projects Work with members of our creative team to develop advertising materials Coordinate media placements – shipping creative, ensuring all specs are accurate, etc. Work with various vendors for final stage production pieces Maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders
Required Skills Collaborate with the Branding and Marketing teams to develop and manage advertising plans and campaigns for select Brandt divisions within the Brandt Group of Companies Work with Media Planner to determine best tactical application for messaging to reach target audiences Act as the primary liason between the marketing and design team Initiate and implement tactical activities, including writing briefs and communication plans for creative and digital teams Ensure progressive stages of tactical executions are planned and approved with adequate time, budget and margin for successful completion Manage stakeholder expectations in relation to internal team capacities and project deliverables Conduct meetings to present advertising recommendations to various stakeholders Review, evaluate, and report on advertising performance Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders Organize and maintain necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all jobs Engage in project management duties Maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors
Required Experience Business/Marketing/Communications degree or diploma from University or College Able to juggle multiple projects at a time, while staying organized and maintaining sharp attention to detail Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills Tight organizational and time management skills Awareness of creative processes – including traditional and digital mediums A proactive mindset Team-oriented
