We are recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to join our Casino Product team in Richmond Hill!

In this role you will translate, transform, and interpret the high-level business requirements into functional specifications that development team can implement. The Casino BSA analyses how to utilize technology to improve business processes and solve business problems.

Why we need you:

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is the liaison between Casino’s stakeholders and development team during the whole development process. The BSA, Casino Platform will become the authority of the new feature, product and/or system that is being added to our world class casino gaming platform.

  • Work with business owners, technical specialists and senior colleagues to support new and existing product features and functions from the platform perspective
  • Analyze high level business requirements and provide gap analysis
  • Prepare requirements documentation, user stories, process flows, user guides
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Visualize concepts quickly and cleanly through rapid prototyping methods and wireframes
  • Help ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers, designers, and Product Management and other business owners in all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for an individual with a solid grasp of the SDLC in both agile and waterfall environments and is comfortable working with international multi-functional teams!

    Your experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst writing technical requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams to deliver complex multi-platform interactive applications to consumers
  • An interest in user experience, and familiarity with UX concepts and HTML5 in web and mobile development.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for games and interactive consumer products development
  • Be familiar with online games, casino games, 3rd party integrations of gaming content, and online casino software
