Description:

The Innovation project manager oversees the development of new products and services from the design phase to launch. He / she coordinates multifunctional working groups with internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing) and external (Partners, design offices, legal firms, etc.). He / she will lead the projects during working sessions and will be involved in specific tasks.

Reporting directly to the head of the innovation department, he / she will propose and orchestrate the appropriate tasks to deliver on time in keeping with budgets. Good and frequent communication with management and team members will be a key factor in successfully reaching the launch phase.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take charge of a , or a multitude of project (s)
• Carry out market research
• Align innovation with operations for development phases
• Execute financial analysis
• Align innovation with marketing for the go-to-market strategy
• Establish, coordinate and manage schedules and deliverables (Gantt)
• Coordinate external and internal partners
• Put in place the appropriate tools and documentation for project monitoring
• Propose and manage research activities
• Responsible for methodology necessary for the success of projects
• Manage research on the state of the art and patent opportunities
• Participate in front-end innovation activities
• Tra work in close collaboration with the marketing, sales and operations departments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial design finance, business administration, marketing or other relevant field
• Good management skills project
• Good skills with Excel and the Office suite
• Bilingual (French and English
