We are currently seeking security guards to fulfill assignments with our banking clients in Scarborough. As a security guard in a banking institution, you will primarily control access, provide unparalleled customer service, and perform other related duties in the field. Quality, service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our banking customers. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Answer incoming calls and direct visitors and/or employees
  • Conduct surveillance rounds
  • Ensure the protection of people, property and assets
  • Control entrances and exits with the equipment at your disposal
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform any other related tasks

    • What we’re looking for

  • Previous reception or access control experience (an asset)
  • Valid security licence
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certifications
  • Minimum 6 months security experience
  • Available to work varying schedules - Rotating Afternoon Shifts and 12 hour Weekend Shifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ease with computer systems
  • Focused on customer service
