Our client is looking for an autonomous and professional person to fill an administrative assistant position for their downtown office.

Administrative tasks:

  • Follow up on human resources files, update information.
  • Verify and publish job postings.
  • Plan interviews with candidates and prepare the calendar.
  • Be responsible for the administrative portion of onboarding new hire orientation.
  • Answer questions from employees regarding policies, benefits, hiring processes.
  • Plan and coordinate training.
  • Manage employee services such as certificates of qualification, parking permits.
  • Be responsible for HR news coordination (wellness holidays).
  • Monitor the career opportunities page on the website.
  • Monitor renewal of insurance policies.
  • Help with projects.
  • Coordinate the organization of breakfasts and training.
  • Help plan special events.
  • Carry out any other task related to the position.

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in a Human Resources Assistant position or in a similar position.
  • Excellent bilingualism, spoken and written.
  • A third language such as Spanish or other, an asset.
  • Great respect for confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately.
