Job Summary

To administer contract requirements, such as delivery schedules and bids on materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • In addition to duties performed as a Contract Administrator 3: 
  • Creates, maintains, and finalized bidder lists for complex projects, including major equipment procurement 
  • Verifies bidder experience information 
  • Develops and maintains project log of change orders 
  • Reviews specifications for conformance to project procurement standards 
  • Prepares contract payment certificates 
  • Performs complex expediting duties 
  • May have supervisory responsibilities 
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements

  • Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum of 2 years' experience performing duties comparable to those of a Contract Administrator 3. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
