As a Project Manager, you will be joining the Special Projects team within Revenue Operations at Index Exchange and report to the Director of Revenue Operations. Rev Ops is the glue that binds together our global Services teams to help us delight our customers. We focus on operational efficiency, driving growth, and ensuring all stakeholders have the operational data & insights needed to manage and make decisions.

The Special Projects team is a group of Project Managers and problem solvers who pull together cross-functional teams to take raw ideas and challenges facing the organization and generate clear recommendations and measurable outcomes. The team oversees a variety of projects and successfully leads them from initial discovery to final decisioning. They provide direction for implementation and execution.

Here’s what we want:

Experience: The ideal candidate will have solid experience (3+ years) in Project Management within Customer Service organizations and/or technology companies. Formal training and certification in Project Management such as PMP, CSM or CAPM is highly preferred.

Problem Solver: In addition to successfully driving projects, the candidate should also be able to solve problems in collaboration with others, often in new domains and areas of the company. 

Tenacious: This role requires someone who is self-driven and passionate about our company, continuous improvement, and never satisfied until our teams achieve optimal productivity and efficiency using all the tools and project management frameworks at their disposal. 

Flexible: The candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, often embracing change but most importantly, leading change. They will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly adapt to new circumstances as they emerge. 

Communicator: The candidate should be comfortable working with and supporting stakeholders at all levels of the organization about topics that vary from operational strategy to the specific tactical details.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Project manage & execute initiatives with laser focus on driving measurable results.
  • Define the problem or opportunity we are trying to solve for (examples: performance management, expansion of business opportunities, process improvements, organizational changes, training initiatives, etc)
  • Determine all relevant stakeholders, then outline and communicate all their respective expected involvement & responsibilities for the project.
  • Analyze proposed projects, quantify impact as projected on business and prepare their business case ahead of project initiation.
  • Head responsibility for taking raw ideas, challenges, and hypotheses and shape them into comprehensive deployment plans for effective implementation.
  • Provide full transparency of projects through documentation of goals, deliverables, and milestones 
  • Collaborate with other teams within RevOps including Field Operations to understand business needs and pain points while also working with Workflow & Tools team to provide succinct business requirements for successful Salesforce implementation.
  • Here’s What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management within Customer Service organizations and/or technology companies.
  • Formal training and certification in Project Management such as PMP, CSM or CAPM is highly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience using a CRM and process management tool; Salesforce lightning experience is an asset
  • Strong aptitude in Excel and data visualization/BI software (DOMO, Looker)
  • Advanced literacy of standard sales & service metrics including operational and performance KPIs.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry including, advertising/publisher and network business models, ad serving, media trading, and/or RTB is an asset
