Key Accountabilities: Creates and maintains processes to evaluate strategic, business and divisional plan development and alignment; collaborates with Strategic Execution Office to build decision model framework(s) to prioritize initiatives. Analyzes, revises, and documents work procedures and processes; suggests methods to increase efficiency and accuracy. Understands the drivers of business value, including the ability to size and prioritize large scale initiatives across business functions. Supports divisional planning, as requested. Supports the development and monitoring of corporate scorecard and strategy map measurement system through effective reporting and analysis. Further develops the corporate strategy map system, aligning strategic objectives and measurement to divisional goals and individual goal setting. Conducts primary and secondary research to identify opportunities, trends, and new emerging risks that may impact current/future strategy and business plan. Utilizes research, environmental scans, and organizational positioning analysis to produce conclusions and present actionable recommendations to management. Identifies external and competitive trends and information that may impact future/current corporate strategy and business plans; brings forward recommendations. Collaborates with Corporate Communications team to develop internal and external communications to support, promote, and report on strategy and business plan initiatives. Supports the development and implementation of business plan and department projects as assigned. Contributes to consultation meetings, interviews, and group discussions with key stakeholders to define issues and opportunities to develop strategic recommendations that meet the needs of the business. Collaboratively reviews and analyzes information through different reports and research. Acts as a central strategy resource for the organization, including providing research, analysis and recommendations beyond own area of specialization. Remains current on best practices, legislations, regulations, policies and procedures.
Experience and/or Educational Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in analytics, consulting, or project management. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related fields. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
