: Gather, organize and keep budget and resourcing current including forecast to budget. Liaise with Finance (Accounting) Liaise with Procurement on contractor Headcounts Maintain Organization Charts Maintain the office plan for (initially just Vancouver based) Resources Prepares analyses of financial results for management. Develop standard reports and ad hoc reports as needed. Relevant data such as new business policies and persistency will also be analyzed with subsequent reports to management. Identify trends in company and industry results and report to management. Prepare forecasts of financial results using historical data, trends and other information and resources available. Develop predictive financial models. Perform annual IT cost Benchmarking Provide analyses requested by other departments and divisions. Assists in training of and provides technical support to other department employees. Completes small department projects as required. For (small) project management: Work with user areas to prepare cost/benefit analyses for projects. Define what project success will look like for each individual project. Identify organizational change needs and communicate change to key stakeholders Involved in the project through entire lifecycle (prior to initiation and after closure). Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and TDS, mediating as required.
