The materials produced at our quarries, pits and asphalt plants are used to build Ontario’s infrastructure which is the foundation of our economy – including roads, bridges, underground infrastructure, sidewalks, houses, schools and hospitals.
We have two quarries in Amherstberg, Ontario – just South of Windsor.
We’re looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Field Mechanic at our McGregor Quarry located near Windsor Ontario for a full time position.
Ideally, you have these qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience as a licensed heavy-duty mechanic experience
CAT equipment is an asset.
Experienced truck and coach technician, certification an asset
DZ license is an asset.
Common core training is an asset
Experience working in a quarry environment is as asset
Duties to include but not limited to,
Have your own tools that will assist you in completing the above tasks.
Work in a Unionized environment.
Are a good communicator, team player and have a strong commitment to Safety and quality work.
