Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking Community Health Nurses (CHN) to provide service to our client in a number of areas including: immunization, disease and injury prevention, health surveillance, protection and promotion, infection control, and emergency preparedness and response.

CHN’s work as a member of a multidisciplinary primary health care team in a primary care/clinic setting. Work includes individual or group appointments, public health/immunization campaigns, and individual or group health education sessions within or outside the health services facility.

Job Qualification

Successful candidates will possess 3 full time equivalent years of clinical experience within the last 5 years in nursing practice, including comprehensive experience with immunization procedures/protocols. Strong IPAC and immunization skills are required.
