    The Route Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the on-time delivery of the multiple products ordered by our customers in the territory for which you will be responsible. More specifically, you will be responsible for the management of your distribution center, optimizing its operations as well as the supervision of warehouse operators and deliverers.

    Here is a summary list of what you will be working on:

  • Optimize delivery activities; ensure good synergy between all departments.
  • Encourage an efficient and safe work environment by organizing training meetings.
  • Manage parameters and performance indicators and monitor company regulations. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees. Achieve KPI's and follow a daily management routine to achieve goals.

    • Job Qualifications

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience (min 3 years) in managing unionized and salaried employees in a dynamic environment
  • Completed university degree in business administration, engineering, operations management / logistics or other related field
