This is accomplished across four geographic management zones which are responsible for the operation of acute care health centres and the provision of a variety of inpatient, outpatient services including academic, tertiary, quaternary care and community based programs and services including continuing care, primary health care, public health, and mental health and addictions.
The Secretary is accountable and responsible for providing administrative/secretarial support with minimal supervision/direction to managers, supervisors, physicians and various professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient prioritization of multiple responsibilities to meet the requirements of the department(s) utilizing initiative, judgment and knowledge in a highly confidential setting. The Secretary may be required to provide services throughout the Rehabilitation and Supportive Care Services portfolio.
This position may include shifts throughout the Rehabilitation and Supportive Care Services portfolio.

Hours of Work

$20.2516 - $22.5016 hourly
