In collaboration with the Project Manager, the Scrum Master and the development team, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of identity and access management at Intact. This will include the following responsibilities :

  • Ensure the integration and evolution of the following products in the current technological environment : IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), Microsoft ActiveDirectory and Azure
  • Become a reference in identity and authentication management
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master, analysts and stakeholders to ensure backlog maintenance and prioritization 
  • Ensure that User Stories and acceptance criteria are well defined and achievable
  • Ensure proper communication using your ability to translate computer jargon into user-friendly language to inform end users of upcoming functionality and clarify requirements

    • Your Skills
  • Experience working with identity and authentication management tools
  • Relevant experience of operational activities related to the area of expertise sought
  • Excellent knowledge of ISAM, ISIM and AD/Azure systems, in terms of their architecture, their functionality and the different integration mechanisms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and interact with product suppliers
  • Experience working in agile mode with teams of architects, developers and engineers
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence or similar tools to support agile projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
