Colliers is looking for an experienced Property Tax Senior Associate to join our Calgary, AB team.

Who you are:

You are a property tax professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. You enjoy building relationships with clients, you have a keen eye for detail, and deliver excellent customer service. You are also an expert at developing market valuations, negotiations, and improving efficiencies. You detail oriented.

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience with the contesting of assessments for commercial, retail, and industrial property or a minimum 5 years’ experience valuating commercial real estate.
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Possess strong organization, time management, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills

  • You have an established client base and a network of referrals.
  • You are known for providing alternative valuations to ensure that properties are treated fair & Equitable within the parameters and legislation that govern the assessment of real estate for the purpose of taxation.
