High Tech Genesis is looking for a Director of Sales to join our team. The successful candidate would be responsible for the following:

1. Oversee entire sales operations including indirect resellers, customer success and technology partners.
2. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
4. Coach and mentor Sales Managers and Account executives.
5. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
6. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
7. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
8. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets in a SaaS software company with recurring revenue above $30 Million
• Proven experience in managing, mentoring and leading a team of account executives and sales reps
• Previous experience as a Sales Director managing at least 5 account executives is a must
• Proven experienced with Enterprise sales cycles
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Exceptional listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
