Our MSP/IT Support client is looking for a L1-L2 helpdesk technician to join their team permanently in Alberta. Experience within MSP or IT Support environments is required. Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote, email and onsite support. Follow up with end users on completed calls to monitor level of user satisfaction using the follow up questionnaire. Logging troubleshooting requests into the tracking systems. Installation. maintenance and troubleshooting end user workstations. Roll out new software and devices. Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of network printers. Qualifications and Experience
Must have: Must have at least 2-5 years of experience within the last 5 years working with an MSP Must have at least 2 years of IT user support experience supporting applications within a Windows environment. Must have experience working with remote access software and tracking system.
