This role is responsible for assisting the Brand Marketing team and providing the necessary support in the development and implementation of the team’s strategies and ambitions. It will support all critical initiatives and coordinate and review activities to ensure key learnings and insights are built into future plans.
With a full understanding of the team’s ambitions, this role will support the team with administration, coordination, activity management, ecommerce inputs, tracking/reporting and vendor management, enabling the function to be effective, efficient and productive.
What are we looking for? Graduate caliber, with some experience in blue chip FMCG/consumer products with an understanding of sales and marketing. Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently and demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to effectively develop and execute projects, ensuring key stakeholders are well informed and outcomes are effectively evaluated and key learnings are applied to future projects. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, work cross-functionally as well as with external partners (suppliers / agencies). Demonstrated rigor in measuring and monitoring KPI’s and insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve processes. Good numeracy and analytical skills and experience of applying a wide range of analytics that drive insights. Able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, changing environment with a can do / solution based attitude. Previous experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be beneficial.
What would be your key responsibilities? Support the team where appropriate to deliver excellent execution of the brand marketing plan through timely and accurate provision of key tools and information. Support the team in creating timely, effective sell-in materials to support the sell in of the Activity Plan Produce mock-ups (ownership of end to end process) & pack shots and arrange samples when required for activity support. Ensure timely and accurate delivery and give clear communication of delivery times to Brand Marketing. Maintain up-to-date pack images and product specs on the internal databases (i.e. Lighthouse) and external database (i.e. GSI & Salsify) according to the defined process. Ensure that the process is understood and communicated to all users on an ongoing basis. Manage brand website updates (full process from briefing on Percolate to implementing updates) by understanding the Brand team’s portfolio needs around product and home page changes Lead data inputs for all new activity management workflows and own low complexity initiative workflows (product renovations, spec changes, etc) from beginning to end with the cross functional team
