What will you do at Ciena?
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and talented senior leader who will build, manage and lead a high-performance and velocity agile Salesforce Software Delivery development team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for building the North America team and leading them as a Scrum Master through requirements, design, implementation, and verification of critical Salesforce features for our multiple clouds : Sales, Community, Service, Mavenlink and Platform, and expanding to support multiple business value streams. Role will require hands-on technical management as well as people management, which include day-to-day management of resources, tracking and reporting progress of the teams in various cross-functional meetings. The Senior Manager will directly report to the Director of Salesforce Delivery, as well as working with the other Senior Lead / Managers in other regions.
Note that this is a strategic manager role hence, being able to plan and knowledge of Scaled Agile is mandatory.
