The Portfolio Manager supports Clarion Medical Technologies’ vision by managing marketing initiatives for the existing product portfolio as well as launching and integrating new products and product line extensions from concept to execution. This position develops and implements strategies to support B2B sales for our products as well as B2C sales for our customers through development of practice management strategies, initiatives and collateral. The PM liaises with suppliers to adopt products into the portfolio; and works closely with the MED Marketing Director and Division Sales Director to gain insight into the business and clinical aspects of the assigned market to develop strategic marketing programs that support the financial objectives of the company.

The successful applicant will:
• Manage collateral and marketing items necessary to support the product
• Develop and maintain all collateral for the portfolio, both adapted from suppliers and new items as needed for the Canadian market, based on mutually agreed upon timelines
• Develop expert knowledge of products in the assigned portfolio, serve as information resource to sales and internal teams
• Coordinate product launch process; assist with go-to-market plan for new products, working with all departments including Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service, Purchasing and Inventory, Inside Sales as required
• Coordinate and participate as necessary and appropriate in education events (live or webinar); sales and clinical training with vendors
• Issue performance reporting on specified product lines related to sales promos
• Conduct ongoing customer, market and competitive analysis
• Work with Marketing Director and Sales Director to develop quarterly and annual Marketing Plan

We are seeking a candidate with the following attributes:
• 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Experience in the health industry preferred
• Experience with medical lasers preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Exceptional copywriting skills with respect to marketing collateral (brochures, website etc.)
• Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills; business cases, forecasting
• Effective project management skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated, excellent initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
• Sound understanding of marketing principles
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Group facilitation skills
• Bilingual would be an asset
